Orders and Payment

Prices are listed in SAR and include applicable taxes unless stated therwise. Transactions are processed through encrypted payment gateways for security. Orders may be canceled if payment is not successfully processed.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer delivery to all regions of Saudi Arabia. We will deliver to the main cities, Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam within 3-5 working days. As for the rest of the cities, delivery is within 4-7 working days. Shipping costs vary based on destination, weight, and delivery method. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and we are not responsible for third-party carrier issues. For large equipment (e.g., coffee machines), delivery includes on-site installation in eligible cities (link for Installation page) Our technical team will contact the customer within 1–2 business days of delivery to schedule installation and training. 

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Products may be returned within 2 days of receipt if they meet our return policy requirements. Refunds will be processed based on the original payment method within [Refund Processing Time].

Return Eligibility

You may return your product within 14 calendar days of delivery if: The item is unused, in original condition, and with all accessories You received the wrong item The item arrived damaged or defective

Return Process

Submit a return request to our customer service within 14 days of receiving the order The item must be returned in original packaging with all components. Upon inspection and approval, a refund or exchange will be processed. Refunds are issued within 7–14 business days after the return is approved.

Installation

Installation & Maintenance Terms This policy outlines the conditions and procedures related to the installation, training, and maintenance services provided with the purchase of commercial coffee machines and beverage equipment.

Installation Coverage

Professional on-site installation is provided by our technical team for commercial machines eg. (coffee machines, ice makers, ovens, ice machines) only. The service scope and associated fees are defined as follows:

1. Free Installation Zones

Installation is provided free of charge at the time of delivery for locations within the following cities:

Riyadh

Jeddah

Dammam

Qassim

Khamis Mushait

Tabuk

Installation will occur after delivery or after 1-2 working days, subject to site readiness and customer availability.

2. Paid Installation Zones

For delivery locations situated 200 km or more outside the above cities, installation is subject to a travel fee. The fee amount is location-specific and will be communicated prior to scheduling.

Scope of Installation

The installation service includes the following:

Delivery inspection and unpacking of the machine

Assembly and utility connection (electrical and water, where applicable)

Calibration and operational testing

On-site training for designated personnel covering equipment operation and routine maintenance

Completion of an installation checklist, signed by both parties

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the site is ready and that all necessary utility connections are in place before the scheduled installation.

Maintenance and Spare Parts

Maintenance and spare parts are provided under the following conditions:

The equipment must be within the warranty period.

The issue must be due to manufacturer defect or standard operational wear.

Any service requests resulting from user error, misuse, damage, or unauthorized tampering are not covered and will incur additional charges.

All service requests must be submitted through official support channels.Site visits are scheduled based on technician availability and geographic location.

Reinstallation and Relocation

"Installation is provided once only per order.Any additional installation or training requests—whether due to relocation, site change, or replacement—will incur additional service charges.Reinstallation due to equipment relocation is not included in the initial installation service. Requests for relocation will be assessed individually, and service fees will apply based on distance, complexity, and technician availability."

Scheduling and Rescheduling

The installation team will initiate scheduling within 1–2 business days following order confirmation or delivery.

Customers are required to:

Ensure access to the premises at the scheduled time

Confirm availability of necessary utilities (power and water)

Notify the company at least 24 hours in advance of any schedule changes

Failure to comply with the above may result in service delays.

Contact and Service Requests

All installation and maintenance service requests must be directed to the customer support department. Contact information is provided on the official website.

If the item has any damage or defect, please contact our customer service immediately within the first 1 day of delivery. VMCO will not take the responsibility of the damaged or defective item(s) after this period.

For orders of multiple machines or for commercial purposes, special terms may apply. Payments

We accept online payments only for all orders placed through our platform.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
